Use of the site implies the full and complete acceptance of the general terms and conditions of use described herein. These terms and conditions may be changed or supplemented at any time. Users of the site are therefore encouraged to consult them on a regular basis.

Users can normally access the site at any time. However, interruptions for technical maintenance purposes may be required by, which will endeavour to inform users in advance of the dates and times of the interruption.

The site is updated regularly by GVA. In the same way, the legal notices can be changed at any time. They are nevertheless binding for users, who are invited to consult them as often as possible in order to take note of said changes.

3. Description of the services provided.

The purpose of the site is to provide information about the company's activities.

gva endeavours to provide information on the site that is as accurate as possible. However, it may not be held liable for omissions, inaccuracies and deficiencies in updates, whether they are the result of its own doing or that of a third-party partner providing said information.

All information shown on the site is provided for information purposes only and is subject to change. Furthermore, the details on the site are not exhaustive. They are provided subject to any modifications conducted since being posted online

4. Contractual restrictions concerning technical data.

The site uses JavaScript technology.

The website may not be held liable for material damages linked to the use of the site. Furthermore, users agree to access the site using up-to-date, virus-free equipment and with an updated and current browser.

5. Intellectual property and forgeries.

gva is the owner of the intellectual property rights or holds the usage rights on all elements that can be accessed on the site, in particular, the texts, images, graphics, logos, icons, sounds and software.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, adaptation, in whole or in part, of the elements of the site, regardless of the means or procedure used, is prohibited without prior written approval from gva.

Any unauthorised use of the site or of any of the elements contained therein shall constitute forgery and shall be prosecuted in accordance with the provisions of articles L.335-2 and the French Intellectual Property Code.

6. Limitation of liability.

gva may not be held liable for direct and indirect damages caused to the user's equipment during access to the gva site, whether resulting from the use of equipment that does not meet the specifications indicated in point 4, or the appearance of a bug or an incompatibility.

In addition, gva may not be held liable for indirect damages (e.g. loss of business or opportunity) resulting from use of the site.

Interactive areas (possibility of asking questions in the contact area) are made available for users. gva reserves the right to delete, without prior notice, any content posted in said area that contravenes the laws applicable in France, in particular, the provisions pertaining to data protection. Where appropriate, gva also reserves the right to involve the user's civil and/or criminal liability, in particular in cases of racist, abusive, defamatory or pornographic messages, whatever the medium used (text, photograph, etc.).

7. Managing personal data.

In France, personal data is protected specifically by law no. 78-87 of 6 January 1978, law no. 2004-801 of 6 August 2004, article L. 226-13 of the French Penal Code and the European Directive of 24 October 1995.

When the site is used, the following may be collected: the URL of links via which the user accessed the site, the user's service provider, the user's internet protocol (IP) address.

Whatever the circumstances, gva only collects personal data about users for the requirements of certain services provided by the site. Users provide this information knowingly, particularly when they enter it themselves. Users of the site are informed as to whether the provision of said information is mandatory.

In accordance with the provisions of articles 38 and under French law 78-17 of 6 January 1978 on data processing, data files and individual liberties, all users have the right to access, correct and object to personal data pertaining to them, by issuing a written and signed request, accompanied by a copy of their proof of ID, signed by the holder of the document, and specifying the address to which the response must be sent.

No personal data about users of the site is published, exchanged, transferred, assigned or sold, on any medium whatsoever to third parties without the user's knowledge. Only the scenario in which gva and its rights are acquired would allow the aforementioned information to be transmitted to a potential acquirer; in turn, this acquirer would be subject to the same obligation of preservation and modification of data with regard to users of the site.

The site has not been declared to CNIL (the French data protection agency) because it does not collect personal data.

The databases are protected by the provisions of the French law of 1 July 1998 transposing directive 96/9 of 11 March 1996 concerning the legal protection of databases.

8. Hyperlinks and cookies.

The site contains hyperlinks to other sites, posted with gva's authorisation. However, gva is not able to check the content of the sites visited and thereby assumes no liability for the same.

Browsing the site may lead to cookies being installed on users' computers. A cookie is a small file that does not allow the user to be identified but which records information about the browsing habits of a computer on a site. The data thus obtained are intended to facilitate subsequent visits to the site, as well as to enable various measurements of frequency of visits.

Refusal to install a cookie may mean that it is impossible to access certain services. However, users can set up their computer as follows to prevent cookies being installed:

9. Applicable law and jurisdiction.

Any dispute pertaining to use of the site is subject to French law. Jurisdiction is hereby exclusively assigned to the competent courts of Paris
